Swing-n-Slide

Our 4th of July weekend project was constructing a new play structure for the kids. After searching for one that was small enough for our yard, designing a custom set and then pricing out the custom one, we ended up with a kit from Home Depot.

Ethan loves the orange race car baby swing, and Maegan's favorite is the slide. She's a little afraid of the blue disc swing, since I made her pretty dizzy on it. Here are some construction pictures and a video "tour" by Maegan. The black stuff under the tower is landscape fabric. Phase two includes a sand box with a lid, which Matthew will need to design and build.
